Keto/Carnivore is how I stumbled across Biltong in my search for a sugar free “beef jerky”. I had never heard of it before and immediately realized it’s easy to make, thicker (if you want) and delicious! Very easy to take on hikes, hunting, fishing, camping or sport activities.
Indeed! God in His mercy albeit through afflictions led me into Keto when it was still unpopular. Massive benefits followed. I wanted to shout from the rooftops to everyone I knew. I see so many of our fellow brothers and sisters struggling with health issues and being overweight. I have yearned to find a way to help them see that things can be so much better!
That is a cool idea! Yes! I would like to include especially for encouragement a return to fasting as a Christian discipline as the health and healing benefits are merely an extra but tangible bonus that God gives.
As a teen, I had a friend whose dad made this. My friend called it jerky (as he had mostly lived in the US and Canada, parents from SA). IT WAS AMAZING and I still occasionally dream of that "jerky."
Thank you Wanita! Love this stuff and it pairs well with strong meat doctrine! 😆
Thank you! Some people do add a little sugar, but we don’t because it’s really not necessary, and we try to keep keto.

I love the fat content also!
I’m so glad to hear you make it too! Keto is a life saver

Any ideas?
Agreed! We went out of town for April & I got sick from eating regular food.
Would you like to write a guest post about the benefits?

Let me know how to do a guest article.
Thank you! Email me Monday and we can chat about doing so. Wanita at adcrucem dot com
It will be difficult, if not impossible, to get into the US, but kudu biltong is outstanding, and so is elephant.
