5. Covenant Not to Sue
   You covenant and agree not to initiate, file, prosecute, encourage, assist, join, or participate in (directly or indirectly) any lawsuit, claim, administrative complaint, or other proceeding against Ad Crucem News or its affiliates based on or related to the content, except to the extent such covenant is unenforceable under mandatory applicable law. This covenant survives termination of your access or subscription. Prior to any permitted action, you agree to provide written notice and a 60-day opportunity to cure or retract.

6. Protected Religious and First Amendment Expression
   You acknowledge and agree that all content constitutes core protected speech under the First Amendment, including religious exercise, free exercise of religion, commentary on matters of public concern, theological reflection, and fair comment on religious institutions and governance. Content is offered solely as opinion, protected religious expression, and commentary within the full scope of constitutional protections, including religious liberty under federal and state law.

7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Crucem News shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other damages of any kind arising from or related to this publication, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies to all legal theories.

8. Additional Protections
   Views Expressed: The views, opinions, interpretations, and theological positions expressed are solely those of the individual authors/contributors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Ad Crucem News as a publication, Arboradix LLC, any affiliated organization, or any other contributor.
   Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ad Crucem News from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of content, improper inferences drawn, or any action you take based on the publication.
   Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
   Survival: Provisions regarding waivers, covenants, limitations, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

9. Modification
   These terms may be modified at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution
    Governed exclusively by Colorado law (without regard to conflict principles). Exclusive venue in state or federal courts in Jefferson County, Colorado. You waive any right to class actions or jury trial to the extent permitted.
