Updated January 27, 2026

1. Informational, Educational, and Opinion Content Only

All content published by Ad Crucem News, including articles, posts, comments, guest contributions, and any other material (collectively, “Content”), is provided solely for informational, educational, religious/theological, and commentary purposes.

All Content consists exclusively of the personal opinions, analysis, interpretive judgments, theological reflections, fair comment on matters of public or religious concern, and protected religious expression of the respective authors, contributors, guest authors, commenters, and participants.

No Content purports to state objective, adjudicated, or independently verified facts concerning any identified or identifiable individual, organization, institution, or event. Nothing published constitutes a statement of fact “of and concerning” any specific person or entity.

No Content constitutes legal, medical, pastoral, financial, investigative, professional, or other advice. Readers must not rely upon any Content for decision-making of any kind.

Nothing herein constitutes any admission of factual assertion.

2. No Identification, Accusation, or Factual Assertion

Unless expressly and unambiguously stated otherwise within a specific publication, no Content identifies, accuses, describes, or refers to any specific individual, organization, or institution.

Any perceived resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or to any entity, is purely coincidental and unintended.

Readers agree not to draw, assert, publish, or rely upon any inference of identification, defamation, falsity, or factual allegation arising from generalized, hypothetical, allegorical, thematic, scriptural, or analytical discussion, including comments and guest submissions.

3. No Duty to Investigate or Verify

Ad Crucem News undertakes no duty to investigate, corroborate, verify, authenticate, or independently confirm any allegation, claim, commentary, analysis, or third-party submission appearing in any Content.

All Content is published as opinion and protected expression, not as investigative reporting or adjudicated factual determination.

4. Assumption of Risk and No Reliance

You acknowledge and agree that religious, moral, institutional, and public commentary inherently requires personal interpretive judgment and may evoke emotional, speculative, or subjective responses.

You assume all risk for your interpretation, inference, application, emotional reaction, or use of any Content, including user-generated and third-party submissions.

You agree that you have not relied, and will not rely, upon any Content as the basis for any legal, professional, financial, institutional, pastoral, or personal decision or action.

Any reliance is undertaken solely at your own risk.

No fiduciary, advisory, pastoral, confidential, or special relationship is created by your access to or use of this publication.

5. Waiver, Release, and Covenant Not to Sue

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby irrevocably waive, release, and forever discharge Ad Crucem News, Arboradix LLC, and their respective owners, editors, officers, agents, affiliates, contributors, guest authors, commenters, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your access to, use of, interpretation of, or reliance upon any Content.

This includes, without limitation, claims for defamation (libel or slander), false light, invasion of privacy, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, reputational harm, interference with contractual or prospective relations, negligence, misrepresentation, or any similar theory of liability.

You covenant not to bring, maintain, or participate in any such claim.

6. Protected Religious and Constitutional Expression

All Content constitutes core protected expression under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and applicable state constitutions, including religious exercise, free exercise of religion, theological discourse, commentary on matters of public concern, and fair comment.

Content is offered solely as protected religious expression, opinion, and commentary within the full scope of constitutional and statutory protections.

7. Anti-SLAPP and Early Dismissal Protections

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that all Content constitutes speech and expressive conduct on matters of public, religious, institutional, and theological concern.

In the event that any claim, demand, or legal proceeding is brought against any Released Party arising from or relating to such Content, you expressly consent to the prompt invocation of all applicable Anti-SLAPP statutes, constitutional protections, and procedural mechanisms for early dismissal.

You agree that any such action shall be subject to immediate motion to strike or dismiss under applicable Anti-SLAPP laws, including but not limited to Colorado Revised Statutes § 13-20-1101 et seq., and any analogous federal or state provisions.

You further acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties shall be entitled to recover all attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with the defense of any such action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You waive any objection to the application of Anti-SLAPP procedures, expedited discovery limitations, stays of proceedings, or fee-shifting provisions arising under such laws.

Any claim brought in contravention of this provision shall be deemed frivolous, vexatious, and brought in bad faith.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Crucem News shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to this publication, regardless of legal theory, and regardless of whether advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies to all Content, including user-generated and third-party submissions.
