Question for Tim: Was overture 10-15 (the Brookfield overture) absorbed into this resolution 10-01A? I see that overtures 10-10 and 10-12 were consolidated into this resolution, but I’m not sure the resolution covers some of the important points the Brookfield overture addressed.
Res. 10-01A — "To Seek CTCR Opinion regarding Usage of Matthew 18:15-20" — draws on only 10-10 and 10-12. The Brookfield overture is not among them.
Overture 10-15 (St. Paul, Brookfield, IL — "To Provide Scriptural Reforms to Dispute Resolution Process") was consolidated into Res. 10-02A, the task-force resolution, along with eleven others (10-06, 10-08, 10-12, 10-13, 10-14, 10-15, 10-16, 10-17, 10-20, 10-21, 10-22, 10-23).
I'd point out on timing that CTCR will undoubtedly get time allotted to floor committees who finish their other business early. I think FC6 finished almost everything before lunch, so some of their (admittedly short time) will go to CTCR.
