The term has gained currency recently as citizens notice that system outcomes do not match the claimed design intentions. Beer keeps it simple: “The true purpose of any system—whether a machine or an organization—isn’t necessarily what its designers intended it to do but rather what it actually does in practice.”

Some would have you believe that the improbable increase in homosexual, bisexual, and transgender identification is incidental and merely a newfound freedom to declaim deviant sexual preferences publicly without risking prejudice. A 2022 UCLA survey found 1.4% of US teens aged 13-17 identified as transgender, double the estimate from 2017. In the UK, the notorious child mutilation factory, the Tavistock Center, recorded referrals for “gender dysphoria,” jumping from 97 in 2009 to over 2,500 by 2018. Those “trends” have been deliberately stimulated, and the vilest pornography continues to be distributed even though it can be stopped immediately with image-recognition technology that has been available for decades. Have you noticed that education associations, library associations, school boards, and media produce elaborate “reading lists” to coach our children into premature sexual activity and deviance? No free market pays for the authors, the artists, and the production of these titles - they exist because they are subsidized with taxpayer funds and directed by government policy.
To underscore the point, it has recently been exposed that intelligence agency-connected NGOs have spent billions of dollars locally and around the world to promote deviant sexual mores. The reason underage pornography is distributed in NATO member country school libraries and the homosexual flag adorns their embassies and military bases is because that is the purpose of NATO.
Our Jefferson County, CO suburb incorporates the infamous Columbine High School. It has just come to light that the school facilitated the secret emancipation of a minor girl whom a lesbian teacher had groomed and seduced. The teacher and the girl now live in a different state, and the responsible adults at the school still draw their salaries, but they promise to do better next time. Nobody has been prosecuted. We should not be surprised. A luxury fashion house noted for its intense attention to detail in photoshoots “accidentally” included a bondage bear with children, and another shoot had Supreme Court documents about child pornography; “just props.” The President of France just happened to include a book by notorious predator pæderast, André Gide, in his official portrait. Lest we forget, Jeffrey Epstein was an apex groomer, but the US government let him roam free until the facts became too inconvenient.
There was and is a clear pattern; the purpose of the system is what it does.
